The location is AMAZING, on a hillside. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the hotel.

Everything was beautiful, including incredibly hospitable staff. Staff were ready to help. Incredible location close to historic sights, I loved my stay.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the sites in the historic area. We were able to explore the shops and restaurants nearby easily. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city from the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed relaxing there and taking in the stunning panorama. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and ensuring our needs were met.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied to cater to different tastes.

The location of Hotel Casa Gardenia is perfect. The room has a breathtaking view. The staff is very friendly. The room includes useful amenities like an individual safe, ironing facilities, and a work desk. We enjoyed the goodies and coffee offered at El Palomar, which is just a short walk from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic part of the city. I could easily walk to the main square in the Historic Centre of Quito and explore the nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable rooms and a stunning view of the city from the roof terrace. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. They even prepared breakfast early in the morning and took care of everything I needed.
